
Here at Storehouse Coffee Company we are concerned about every detail. We always roast your coffee to order, then bag and seal it just after roasting. We never pre-roast or store any of your coffee!

The Bag
We use only the finest quality ‘High Barrier’ bags designed for preserving your just roasted coffee. The higher the barrier, the more protected your coffee is from exposure to sunlight, moisture, and anything else that could impact its quality.
The Seal
We seal our coffee bags with a permanent, meshed, 5 millimeter seal across the top of the bag. Due to this permanent seal and the type of bags we use, you cannot ‘Peel’ open the bags.
The Valve
Fresh roasted coffee will emit gas for about 24 hours after roasting. If the coffee is placed in an air-tight bag, it could cause the bag to explode. Here at Storehouse Coffee Company, we equip all of our coffee bags with the highest quality one-way de-gassing valve available. This de-gassing valve will allow the gases to escape from the bag preventing it from expanding, and at the same time prevent oxygen from entering the bag, which could negatively impact the just roasted qualities.
The one-way de-gassing valve allows us to package your coffee right after the roasting process which ensures you will receive the freshest roasted coffee available; from our roaster directly to your door!
