The quality of your freshly roasted coffee can be greatly impacted by a number of external elements. Among them are air, light, and moisture. If not stored properly, ground coffee will begin to lose its fresh roasted quality within days to hours.
Lätti keeps your coffee fresh by the use of a unique “stay-fresh” plate which presses air out of the canister as ground coffee is dispensed. This seals out air and humidity and locks in flavor and aroma. Lätti is made from UV protective materials which will keep light from ruining your freshly roasted coffee.
The metered dispenser built into Lätti not only eliminates the counter mess and spills associated with scooping ground coffee into your brew basket, but it dispenses a precisely measured amount of ground coffee with one "click"; one click = 1 tablespoon.
To dispense your ground coffee, hold your Lätti over your filter basket and move the lever on the base to release the coffee grounds. If you want five cups, click the lever five times. Want a stronger cup? Just add an extra click.

How to Use
- Using your Lätti is easy. Simply pour fresh ground coffee into the dispenser (which holds up to 1 pound), place the “stay-fresh” plate on top of the ground coffee to lock in freshness, then snap on the lid to completely seal the container; that's it! Your coffee will stay as fresh as the day you brought it home!
- To dispense, simply hold Lätti over your coffeemaker’s filter basket and pull the lever on the bottom until it "clicks". If you want to make 5 cups? That's 5 clicks. If you want 10 cups? That's 10 clicks. If you like your coffee a little stronger, just add an extra click!
