Hawaiian Kona - 100% Pure Estate Select - ORGANIC
When you drink a cup of our Organic Select Kona coffee, you are drinking an Elite coffee that comprises only 1% of all the coffee grown in the world.

    Flavor Observations
Organic Select Kona is the cream of the crop when it comes to Kona. This Kona is a delight to drink and you will taste the difference right away. Our Organically grown Kona Select offers a more intense chocolate and nutty flavor than its conventional counterpart.

Our Kona is hand-picked, hand sorted, incredibly smooth, rich in flavor, and no bitterness.

    Additional Information
Coffee grown anywhere else in Hawaii is Hawaiian Coffee, but is not Kona Coffee. 100% pure Kona Coffee is distinguished from all other coffees by its unique island microclimate and extra care taken by generation after generation of coffee farmers.

The Kona Coffee Belt is roughly 1 mile wide by 30 miles long, situated on the western slopes of two volcanoes, Hualalai and Mauna Loa, at an elevation ranging from 500-3,000 feet.

Kenya French Mission - Single Estate
    Regular price: $15.50

This unique varietal is a look back into the past. Rare and Unique, the coffee is only produced by one estate (the Chania Estate) located within the Thika district in Kenya - East Africa.
French Mission Bourbon is an original Bourbon varietal that was introduced by French Missionaries in the late 1800s.

    Flavor Characteristics
Moderate acidity with good depth. Luscious hints of blackberry and crème brulee with overtones of the exotic in the aroma. A clean well rounded finish speckled with spice and chocolate.   Very unique.

    Additional Information
Over 76 centimeters of rain a year, combined with the deep red volcanic soil and perfect temperatures come together to give this coffee the perfect conditions to express its genetic treasures.
In addition to great genetic stock, the Chania Estate has been growing coffee here for nearly a century and has donated more than 50 acres of land to the Thika Municipal Council and co-founded the Wabeni Technical Institute on this site providing for the education of underprivileged children in practical skills that can help them make a living; e.g. dress making, motor mechanics, and carpentry.
