Shipping Information

All shipping fees presented on this site represent our best estimate of final shipping charges. Packaging, weight, destination, etc. can all impact the shipping costs. We will always find the best price for you; and if the shipping costs are less than what is presented, we will deduct the difference prior to processing.

For standard shipping we use Priority Mail from the US Postal Service.
The USPS states that Priority Mail is typically delivered in an average of 2-3 days.

We also use UPS and/or FedEx, and will choose based on who can give us the best rate. Although more expensive than the United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx offer enhanced tracking features. UPS and/or FedEx will be used (at our discretion) for certain merchandise that cannot be shipped using standard USPS Priority Mail packaging.

Certain merchandise may be shipped separate from coffee orders due to availability and stocking levels.

For items that offer FREE Shipping, shipping will be deducted from your order at the time of processing.

Email notification and tracking (where applicable) will accompany every shipment.

You will be notified by email and/or telephone with regard to any deviation from your order or change in shipment or any other variance.
