While there are many ways to brew fresh drip coffee, if an auto-drip coffee maker is your method of choice we highly recommend you take a close look at the Technivorm. Many, if not most, of the home brewers on the market today do a very poor job of brewing decent coffee.

The best extraction during brewing requires a temperature of 200° F.

Most home brewers barely reach 185° F. The end result is a poorly extracted pot of coffee which means poor taste and the inability to get the fine subtleties of different coffee varietals.
