Zabava Espresso!
Zabava is a widely used Slavic word for party -- a music focused, heart pounding, dance driven gathering of virtuoso musicians intent on having a good time.
It's also the title of trumpeter Charles Lazarus's newest CD.
The music on the recording is a nod to that Eastern European tradition of instrumental fire infused with a modern club vibe.
The spirit of Charles' CD and this musical gathering inspired our espresso blend!

This is an incredibly smooth, deep, and rich espresso blend with just a hint of sweetness.

Richly and sweetly aromatic in the small cup, with roasty hints of cedar, spice and tobacco. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel with flavors of dark chocolate, more cedar, and sweet notes of lemon and prune. The chocolate becomes more bittersweet in the finish, overlaying a mild astringency. In two parts milk, a roasty, salty-sweet chocolate dominates the cup.
