I have been enjoying both of these great coffees while trying to dig out of the snow storm that pounded us over the weekend.
This Kona Coffee is one of a kind that we buy off a small family farm on the Big Island.
It is actually situated within Lava Zone 4!
The soils and climate make for an exceptional cup that is incredibly smooth, with a medium body, soft nuttiness and brown sugar sweetness.
We only bring this coffee in house once a year around this time.

Guatemala Dulce Leonarda - This is an extraordinary micro-lot coffee. It is full of unexpected complexity and depth.
When I had my first sip, the first word out of my mouth was, literally, "Wow"!
Notes of tobacco, cedar, cocoa, and a lingering, sweet finish.
