Shipping Policy

Our goal is to keep shipping as simple and as low-cost as possible.

Free Shipping (Contiguous US Only)
All coffee orders over $45.00 or more will ship for FREE.

Flat Rate (Contiguous US Only)
All coffee orders under $45.00 will ship for a flat rate of $8.00.

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping Carrier
We will typically ship via UPS for Free and Flat Rate Shipping.
However, we do reserve the right to ship via FedEx or USPS at our discretion.
If you have a specific need or request, please let us know in the comments.

Alaska and Hawaii
All coffee orders will ship for a flat rate of $12.00.

Shipping Time Frame
Most coffee orders received before 12:00PM EST will typically be roasted and shipped the same day.
Most coffee orders received after 12:00 PM EST will typically be roasted and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will typically ship on Monday.

This is our goal, but not a guarantee.
We also cannot guarantee when an order will arrive as this is controlled by the carrier.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Storehouse Coffee Company only as an estimate.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Carriers
We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail.
The USPS states that Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-3 days.
We can also ship via FedEx or UPS if you prefer.
You have the option to select the carrier and speed of your choice (Additional fees may apply).
